Meet The Manager
Brigitte Grutzmacher is Managing Director at Tender Loving Carers Domiciliary Ltd.
Brigitte is responsible for the day to day running of the company and the strategic intent. She has been in the role for last 20 years, supporting her mother Kim Grutzmacher who founded the company in 1994. Their mission then and to this day is, to provide care into the community to the highest of standards to enable people to stay in their own homes with the aim of promoting independence, choice and dignity.

Tender Loving Carers was founded in 1994 by Kim Grutzmacher. Her mission was to provide care for the community to the highest standards and to provide the level of care she would want for her mother or father, whilst maintaining the user of service’s independence, choice and dignity.
Keeping people in their own homes is paramount to the running of the business.
Over the years the family run business has expanded into a team of professionally managed staff who provide an homecare service ensuring peace of mind to the user’s of service and their families.
The day to day running of the company and the strategic intent is the responsibility of Kim’s eldest daughter Brigitte Grutzmacher, who is the registered Managing Director.
We assist over 300 Users of Service and employ Male and Female care workers. We work with people on a private basis, Local Authorities and Continuing Healthcare
We have a close working relationship with Community Nurses, GP’S and Local Pharmacies providing continuing support to the families of the Users of Service.
Tender Loving Carers vision is that everyone in need of care and/or support is able to have the fundamental right to assistance to help them stay in their own homes, with as much financial support as required.
It is our belief everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity irrespective of age or whether they have physical or medical disabilities.
