Sarah Noutch is General Manager at Tennyson Wharf.
I am a Registered Nurse with 20 years’ experience. I began my career in the NHS working in the medical division. I came to Tennyson Wharf having worked at Barchester’s Lancaster Grange care home as General Manager.
I am passionate about delivering good quality, personalised care. This is reflected within the fantastic team we have here at Tennyson Wharf. I am always available for a coffee and a chat and welcome you to meet our care team and view our home.
Located opposite the beautiful Burton Waters Marina, Tennyson Wharf offers stunning views of the boats and yachts on show, as well as the Lincolnshire countryside. Alongside this, we also offer respite care, which you can pre-book up to a year in advance. Our team of qualified and dedicated staff focus on the individual needs of those we support and are committed to providing professional and respectful care, with residents at the heart of everything we do.
The home has a dedicated Memory Lane Community, built specifically for people living with various stages of dementia. Within the community, memory boxes with small reminders and items, such as photographs, are used to help each person reminisce. Design features, including adapted crockery and tableware, sensory gardens with low-risk walkways and activity kitchens also enable people to engage in life’s everyday simple tasks and pleasures. We are also proud to be accredited as part of Barchester’s 10-60-06 Dementia Care programme, which recognises the improved quality of life residents here experience.
Our high standards are reflected throughout the home with our luxurious facilities, delicious meals, daily activities, and selection of therapeutic approaches we have on offer. Together with our lively social calendar, our fantastic services help stimulate residents’ minds, and empower them to approach their future in a positive way.
For more information on this beautiful purpose-built care home, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to discuss how we may best meet your needs.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
