Ali’s journey in healthcare has been multifaceted, encompassing roles in care homes, disability support, forensic care, and commissioning services. His extensive experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of the care sector. Ali holds a Master’s degree in Health and Social Care Management, further enhancing his expertise and leadership skills.

Cherrybrook Care Home provides residence for people on both a short and long-term basis. We support people who can to return home, provide a comfortable home for those who cannot and offer end-of-life care for those who need it.

Our 24 hour nursing care in our newly opened care spaces caters to complex dementia and enduring mental health conditions.

Activities Are So Important

Our activities programme provides daily group or one-to-one activities. Residents can take part in everything from karaoke to crafts, bingo and board games. Reminiscence is also very popular, an activity where we encourage residents to share their life stories with us.

Staying active is a crucial part of everyone’s wellbeing. Where possible we encourage mobility through yoga, chair yoga and movement sessions like dancing. For those with limited mobility due to their health, we provide physiotherapy and supported movement from their bed or wheelchair, to stimulate circulation.
