Joanna McLaughlin is Registered Manager at The Knoll Nursing Home (Yeovil) Limited.
As the Registered Manager, Jo is responsible for the day-to-day running of The Knoll Nursing Home and has overall responsibility for the social and health needs of the residents. She is also the ‘face’ of the home to health and social care professionals. Jo’s responsibilities include maintaining the quality standards at the home, safeguarding controls, and health and safety, as well as overseeing the care provided by the staff team. She is also responsible for staffing matters, the maintenance of the home, and its finances. Jo has extensive experience in the care sector, having worked in it since 1990, and holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care.
We offer long and short term nursing care and also day care for adults together with specialist care for the elderly frail, respite, convalescent and palliative care.

All bedrooms are newly furnished with resident preferences on décor always accommodated where practical. All bedrooms come equipped with electric beds, call bells, and televisions. Whilst all rooms are fully furnished, the Home does encourage residents to bring with them familiar pieces of furniture to make themselves feel at home. |
