Ally Greenall is Home Manager at The Old Vicarage & The Willows Care Home.
Hi, my name is Ally. I am the manager at The Old Vicarage and The Willows.
I am a qualified RGN and have been nursing since 2009.
I am very passionate about my job, and I have worked very hard to be in the position I am in. I feel very privileged to come to work every day to a job I love, work with amazing staff, and get to be a part of my residents’ lives, to care and support the people in our care. I want to improve the lives of our residents every day, to ensure they have the best of everything.
This ever popular care home is able to offer the best of care in all areas of the home. The Old Vicarage offers both residential and nursing care and The Willows Care Home offers high quality dementia care. Staff teams are dedicated to their own areas and know their residents well, this has been the key to providing the best of person centred care.
Every resident has a care plan which very carefully details their own individual care needs and choice, dignity and independence are very much in mind when our residents are cared for. Resident care plans reflect all that an individual would want and need for their care to be delivered in the way they choose, with independence and dignity as prime considerations. All care teams are dedicated to delivering the best of care to all residents and work closely with GP’s and other clinical professionals from the local area to ensure that residents are well cared for. Our team go above and beyond to ensure every resident is treated as an individual, which makes both living and working here a very special experience.
We believe that meals are a hugely important part of everyone’s day and our Chef and kitchen team work hard to ensure everyone’s individual tastes and needs are accommodated. Residents are involved in planning the menu, with all food being nutritionally balanced and dietary requirements accommodated.
Together we are dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of all, through quality, excellence and fun.
