Meet The Manager

Nicola Kester is Residential Care Manager at The Paddocks Care Home.

Hello! A little something about me. I have been in the care sector 20/21 years.  I have worked my way up and through various roles from a care worker, senior carer, team leader, care coordinator, medication officer, registered manager, quality assurance and now I am the residential care manager on Kingfisher. When I get time I enjoy reading and recently took up fishing.  I also completed an evening course in Floristry. I've not been at The Paddocks for very long but it's an amazing place to work.  Thank you to all the staff, residents and family members who have made me feel extremely welcomed.
