Meet The Manager

Cheryl Harbourne is Home Manager at The Priory Care Home.

Just two miles south of Solihull, The Priory offers a warm welcome to anyone in need of nursing, residential, respite or convalescence care.

Our purpose-built home is set in a peaceful residential area, with local shops just over the road. There are bus stops very close by, too, with services every 20 minutes to Shirley, Solihull and Birmingham.

Besides prettily decorated bedrooms, a large shared lounge and a bright and cheerful dining room, there are several outdoor areas where residents can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air – and even a bit of gardening.

Activities Are So Important

There’s no typical day at The Priory Care Home, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.

Our gentle exercise classes, community tea dances, and gardening clubs help our residents get out and be active.

Friends and family are welcome to join with discussion groups, movie nights and singing along to golden oldies.

Visits from local nursery children bring the generations together – hard to know which age group enjoys it the most!
