Tilson House is a purpose-built care home specialising in residential, dementia and respite care, to name a few. It allows maximum ease of access and comfort for all residents. Tillson House is situated in a quiet residential area in the centre of a housing community. Residents benefit greatly from staying in such a well-placed location with many local shops and amenities just a short walk away. The home's location enables residents’ access to maintain independence and enjoy being part of the local community if they so wish. A local community centre for luncheon clubs and knitting clubs are also near.

The Home has three lounges and two light and modern dining rooms and bathrooms designed for easy access. Car parking facilities for visiting family and friends as well as a large surrounding garden for residents to enjoy. Regular supervised entertainment and activities either as a group or on a one-to-one basis if needed. One of the main objectives at Tillson is to provide a caring, safe, and homely environment where residents can feel comfortable, happy, and secure. Operated according to clear policies and procedures designed to produce a high-quality service. This is measured by the satisfaction of residents.
