Louise Mulvany is Home Manager at Timken Grange.
We are very proud of the five-star accommodation and care that Timken Grange offers.
Our accommodation standards and features are superior in so many ways but, most importantly, I believe we have built a team to deliver a very special and unique standard of person-centred care and support to anyone who chooses to make Timken Grange their home of choice.
We also know only too well how difficult and emotional the decisions are for everyone when considering a move to a new home.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.
Louise Mulvany
Timken Grange Manager
Timken Grange is conveniently located close to the many local shops and thriving community of Duston village and the Sixfields Retail Park. Our home was built on the former site of the British Timken factory.
Our inclusive fees provide peace of mind that there are no hidden extras.
Our colleagues are equipped with the latest technology enabling them to view and update care records instantly; allowing them to devote more of their time to listen and respond to your needs. Our friendly, well-trained team understand that every individual has different needs, therefore we take the extra time to get to know your likes, dislikes, passions and hobbies. In doing this we can support and care for you in the best and most comfortable way.
Living with dementia can be a very difficult and lonely experience; our home provides the care and support needed to ensure it doesn’t have to be that way. All staff undergo a training course to provide them with insight into the various forms of dementia and the complexities that can sometimes go along with it. Residents living with dementia receive the patience, empathy and dignity they require in order to sustain their overall well-being.
Timken Grange is operated by Anchor who are England's largest provider of housing and care on a not-for-profit basis.
Please contact us with any question that you may have regarding our care. We’re here to help and look forward to giving you a warm welcome.

Activities Are So Important |
---|
Our care home organises and arranges a variety of opportunities for our residents to enjoy daily activities in our home and in the local community. We work in partnership with the National Association for Providers of Activities for Older People (NAPA) and encourage activities that enhance our residents’ lifestyle, health and wellbeing. Residents' preferred activities, interests and ability are discussed when they move in and an agreed plan ensures that these requests are fulfilled (wherever possible). Our residents’ suggestions for activities also help shape the planning process. We organise supervised day trips to leisure facilities and places of interest as well as social events in the home, including themed restaurant evenings, arts and crafts, quizzes and regular entertainers. |
