Hello, my name is Jacqui and I am the Registered Manager of TLC Care At Home. I have a Level 5 in Leadership in Adult Health and Social Care, Level 3 in Principles of 'End of Life Care' and We are a family-run business; my partners are my daughter Tracey Lehner and my husband Peter Jackson.
People have often asked us ‘why did you start a care business?’ The answer is quite simple - we are all people who care about the community that we live in and want to help support its ageing population.

TLC Care At Home offer reliable home care services, enabling you to stay safe and looked after in your own home. We are a DBS-checked, highly qualified and experienced team of professionals offering 24-hour care services for young and elderly people suffering from mental illness, dementia and learning disabilities. Based in Bewdley, we serve people within an 18-mile radius of our location, including Kidderminster, Stourport, Cleobury Mortimer and Ditton Priors areas.
Our aim is to provide an atmosphere of care which is unique to the person we are supporting and that enables them to live a life that is full, a life that is independent and a life that is as interesting as possible.
At TLC Care At Home, we believe in providing you and your loved ones with professional and compassionate care in the comfort of your own home. We allocate a team of caring and friendly staff to establish a rapport with you and your family. We can provide support to enable you to access the community and visit the places you would like to go.
