Meet The Manager

Patricia Napier is Home Manager at Warwick Park Care Home.

I am committed to working with the residents, their loved ones and the entire team to help provide the best environment and highest standard of care possible.

I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and have been a registered nurse since 2007, working in palliative and pneumology care. I have been part of the MG Homes team since 2014.

I draw on my knowledge and experience to provide clinical support to both residents and staff in order to deliver the best person-centered care to those we support.

Warwick Park Care Home in Tunbridge Wells, Kent is newly renovated, Warwick Park offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Situated on a quiet residential road, and a few minutes walk from Tunbridge Wells’ historic centre and the Nevill cricket ground, with the town’s facilities on the doorstep. Many of the bedrooms look out onto the beautifully landscaped garden.

As well as long-term care, the team at Warwick Park specialises in respite and rehabilitation for those who need that extra support at a difficult time. People can rest and recuperate before going back to their own home.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Independent Assessments We have been independently assessed in our approach to infection control.
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
