Samantha has over 23 years experience in Health and Social Care, and has managed both residential and nursing homes including roles with Signature Care. Samantha boasts a strong track record in managing care teams, with all her managed homes achieving a 'Good' CQC rating. Before her career in care, Samantha trained as a chef. Now based in Dorset, Samantha is an avid gardener who takes pleasure in cooking with her homegrown produce.
