Meet The Manager

Susan Rigg is The Registered Manager at Westcliffe Manor.

Westcliffe Manor was opened in in 2006 and since the opening, Sue has been the Home Manager. Her long service has ensured that this home has become well respected in and supported by the local community. She is known by many local Birkdale families and has ensured that those she cares for have always enjoyed the style of discreet care and attention that the home prides itself upon. In Sue's words 'Nothing is too much trouble for our residents'. From the standard of hospitality to the style of the bedrooms, attention to detail has been key to ensure the residents enjoy the best of everything. Sue and her team take a great deal of pleasure in ensuring that they continue to be 'the best in Birkdale', you only have to read the numerous thank you cards sent to Sue to know that this is what she achieves. Sue is more than happy to discuss her standards of nursing care, personal service and hospitality, should anyone wish to enquire.
