Meet The Manager

Becky Maskell is Registered Manager at White Gables Residential Care Home.

Becky has been with White Gables for over 25 years, and knows the home inside out. Joining the staff force as a Night Carer and working her way up through the ranks to become the homes Registered Manager in 2024, Becky has devoted her career to offering exceptional care to our residents, and fantastic support to our staff.

Choosing the right home for you or your loved one is an important decision. At White Gables, we believe in providing the best and most appropriate care for our residents in a homely setting.

We do this by recruiting and retaining the highest calibre of staff who have a passion for the work they do. All staff will have a personal education plan combining mandatory training requirements with in-house training pertinent to the area they work in. Many of our staff have also obtained nationally recognised qualifications such as diplomas and NVQs.

We provide comprehensive care planning of a service users’ needs involving the individual and their relatives. Care provision is a dynamic and ever-changing process and requires regular assessment and evaluation of a resident’s needs.
