"I am passionate about adding value to peoples’ lives and as a Home Manager and Registered Nurse, I can achieve this by ensuring the residents at Whittington House Care Home get the best care possible with dignity, compassion and the support they may need.

"I am committed to working with people to foster a supportive environment for residents, their families and the care home team, whilst striving for high standards of care and wellbeing.



"When I am not in Whittington House I enjoy gardening, going to the theatre, reading and even some DIY."

Whittington House Nursing Home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire is a modern, purpose-built home and provides residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 66 people. The home is situated in a residential location and backs onto private woodland.

Whittington House offers a full range of nursing, residential and dementia care support – including trial stays, short stays and convalescent care, as well as long-term care.

Our home environment is light and spacious with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wellbeing of our residents is at the heart of everything we do at Caring Homes, and our highly skilled, dedicated and passionate care teams work hard to exceed standards.

Designed by award winning architects DWA and shortlisted for a Pinders Design Award,  Whittington House was purpose built to provide the highest standard of care and the best environment for our residents with spacious, light and attractive rooms, treatment facilities, beautiful gardens, private cinema, inviting relaxation areas, holistic therapy treatment rooms and a hair salon.

When the weather is fine, our private woodlands and attractive sensory gardens offer a tranquil and welcome retreat. Internally, the home has a light, modern and welcoming ambience.

Our recently refurbished ‘Woodlands Suite’ boasts ten private rooms withoutside access perfect for residents who enjoy both indoor comfort and outdoor freedom.

To ensure that our highly skilled, professional nursing and healthcare team are supported to deliver continuity in every aspect of the care we provide, we liaise closely with local health practitioners to meet the specific needs of our residents and to ensure we provide the right care at the right time and their wishes and preferences are followed. To assist with rehabilitation, we can also arrange professional therapists for services such as physiotherapy, reflexology and other treatments.
