Carole Hall is Registered Manager at Willow Bank House Residential Home.
Carole has worked in care for 30 years, starting her career at Worcester County Council as a domiciliary care assistant, then moving to Sanctuary. At Sanctuary, she started as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to the Home Manager position. Carole has achieved her NVQ 5 and Leadership in Dementia Qualification with Worcester University. Carole has two grown up children, one of whom lives in Canada and she has just been made a Grandmother for the second time. Her hobbies include walking, reading and family days out.
Willow Bank House is set in a stunning, rural location, near the market town of Pershore, surrounded by landscaped gardens and bordered by a picturesque brook. Originally a Roman site, opposite an RAF training ground, the home has an abundance of history to its name.
Willow Bank is a home for people living with dementia. It prides itself on focussing on giving residents freedom to maintain a good quality of life under watchful care, for those who otherwise would be forced to live within lifestyle constraints. To give the responsibility of caring for a loved one to someone else is never an easy step to take and so we make sure the transition is as smooth as possible for families.
