Willow Bank House is set in a stunning, rural location, near the market town of Pershore, surrounded by landscaped gardens and bordered by a picturesque brook. Originally a Roman site, opposite an RAF training ground, the home has an abundance of history to its name.

Willow Bank is a home for people living with dementia. It prides itself on focussing on giving residents freedom to maintain a good quality of life under watchful care, for those who otherwise would be forced to live within lifestyle constraints. To give the responsibility of caring for a loved one to someone else is never an easy step to take and so we make sure the transition is as smooth as possible for families.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Testing & PPE:

We are now being provided with large scale testing kits to enable us to test and re-test staff and residents regularly allowing us to react quickly and minimising the risk of an outbreak. We have ample PPE from a private source available for staff, residents and visitors to use if required. We are also giving staff enhanced training.

We do ask that visits are booked in advanced at your so we are able to plan accordingly. Visitors will need to take rapid flow tests on arrival and will need to wear a mask.
