"Welcome to Windmill House! Before joining as the home manager here, I managed several care homes and was heavily involved in quality and compliance and helping out other managers.
I believe that caring for the residents is done through a partnership between families and everyone in the care home, including the members of the multidisciplinary team.
What makes Windmill House special is our commitment to making this a homely environment where visiting the residents is like coming to their own home, seeing friendly faces, just like we are all one happy family.
My whole team at Windmill House is exceptional, and everyone is willing to go above and beyond. Please feel free to visit our lovely home to see and experience it yourself!"
