Ffion Caunce is Home Manager at Windsor House Care Home.

Ffion has 18 years of experience in care, her passion has always been person-centred care and ensuring residents' needs are met. Ffion is an approachable person and is very easy to speak to and laid back.

Ffion's goal has always been to achieve a management position, and her passion for care has driven her to a rewarding management position at Windsor House.

She is very positive and leads by example, to deliver the highest standard of care possible.

Windsor House has been furnished and designed with luxury in mind. That spans everything from the ambient lounge and dining room to the large, green garden area. We want our guests to feel completely at home, with everything they need to maintain a high quality of life.

Located in the leafy suburbs of Standish, Windsor house provides a true home away from home for a thriving community of residents. The quaint 12-bedroomed home is full of character and situated within easy access and proximity to local amenities. Our home is staffed by a dedicated team of care experts, providing a specialist set of care services
