Wyndham House is a beautiful old manor house set in the Norfolk countryside in the small village of North Wootton just outside the ancient market town of Kings Lynn. Perfectly situated the home is only seven miles from Sandringham and fourteen miles from the popular seaside resort of Hunstanton.

Wyndham House can accommodate up to forty-one residents offering a high standard of quality dementia care. The home offers the flexibility of respite care, short breaks and permanent care.

There is a choice of lounges available and a large spacious dining room which overlooks the garden. In addition the home is equipped with a number of facilities and features that ultimately serve to increase the well-being of everyone living here, whilst at the same time giving each individual the respect and person centered care they deserve.

All of our bedrooms are en-suite with many overlooking the gardens and with patio doors. Connection for a television and a modern nurse call system comes as standard in all our rooms. We encourage our residents to personalise their rooms as they wish with either a small piece of furniture, some favorite photographs and pictures or maybe some familiar items to have around their room.

There is also every opportunity to personalise bedrooms with your own treasured possessions. There is a varied and exciting social calendar of events and activities throughout the home to stimulate and create a sense of well-being and independence.

Activities Are So Important

There is always a full schedule of activities advertised in the home which are provided by dedicated activity coordinators. We aim to make life as rich, fun and fulfilling where ever possible by using activities which are meaningful, active and stimulating. Residents always have the choice to participate in a group setting however should they prefer we offer one to one activities should this be the residents preference.


Our home has ample outdoor space which we use as much as possible through activities, BBQs and our annual summer fete. There is also seating available to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
