Meet The Manager

Mark Deadman is General Manager at Ascot Grange Care Home.

Over the last 20 years I have had the privilege of serving the healthcare sector through managing and leading frontline care services for our elderly population.  I have come into contact with many individuals who have willingly shared their life experiences and wisdom. This has reinforced my sense of duty and heightened my level of respect for our elders.

Over that time, I have been proud to lead and work alongside some amazing team members who have had a genuine passion for care and a true desire to serve.  I have learned a great deal from these colleagues along my career journey.

I am very much a people person.  I truly believe in the values of responsibility, integrity, kindness, compassion and doing what I can for others.  The care sector has afforded me the opportunity to ‘live’ these values in the workplace, for which I am truly grateful for.

Ascot Grange offers luxury assisted living and dementia support in a quiet location in Ascot.  Purpose-built to the highest standards, a range of apartments are available for long or short stays.  Residents enjoy a range of on-site facilities including a cinema, beauty salon, spa, cafe and landscaped gardens.

Our home happily accommodates couples and companions who wish to remain together as they continue their care journey and make new memories together. The team at Ascot Grange Care Home in Ascot, Berkshire, are proud to welcome you for a guided tour of our luxury facilities. Meet our General Manager for a cup of tea and discuss how we can meet your care needs. Call us, we are happy to answer any questions you have about our Ascot Care Home.

Dining is taken in our fine dining restaurant or informal bistro with a private dining room available for family occasions.  Our activities team arrange a daily calendar of activities, including entertainers, arts and crafts, cooking and trips out.
