Meet The Manager

Anna Chan is Home Manager at Acacia Bank Care Home.

Anna is an experienced Home Manager. Her passion for person-centered care is evident for all to see, with hospitality and customer service just as highly prioritised for the residents in her care.

Firstly, we wish to reassure those searching for care that the current CQC rating of 'Inadequate' relates to the previous ownership and service known as 'The Beeches' and is totally unrelated to the home today, or Summit Care Homes. The home was reopened in December 2024, following closure in June.

Annas wealth of experience of managing home rated as 'Good' with CQC sets Acacia Bank up for success. She is able to support families prior to admission and beyond, ensuring the very best of care for all who live with us.

Please feel free to pick up the phone to Anna, or call into the home to discuss the care you may be searching for a loved one.

Acacia Bank Care Home (formerly The Beeches) is now under new ownership with a new and widely experienced Home Manager who has handpicked a wonderful team of carers. The current CQC rating of 'Inadequate' relates to the previous ownership and service known as 'The Beeches' and is totally unrelated to the home today, or Summit Care Homes. The rating will only change when CQC return to the home to reinspect.
