Meet The Manager

Kim Leech is Care Home Manager at Aspen Court.

Kim joined Notaro Care Homes in January 2008 as registered manager of Aspen Court Nursing Home, a home she managed successfully until last October, when she temporarily transferred to open and manage our newest home, Casa di Lusso, Bridgwater. Kim has since returned to Aspen Court Care Home Taunton after spending a year at Casa, helping to establish our newest dementia nursing home.  Her career in care spans over 30 years, working for Somerset Mental Health Partnership in various capacities including Staff Nurse, Community Outreach Nurse and managing wards.  Throughout her career, Kim has gained many qualifications including her NVQ Level 4 Leadership & Management qualification for registered managers.

Kim’s love of her job and her residents is clearly displayed by her work ethic; she is a dedicated, loyal manager who is respected by all.

In her spare time, Kim loves watching F1, learning about local and national history and delving into a great book.
