Janice Federer is Care Manager at Willow House.

As the Care Manager for Willow House, it is my responsibility to deliver a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care home.

I am very proud of the team and the effort they put in delivering excellent care for our residents.

Willow House is a beautiful 30 bed care home located in the picturesque village of South Brent. Featuring a lovely a large, landscaped garden enjoyed by residents, and home to regular entertainers, Willow House is a home away from home.

We provide full training for our staff. Residents care plans, risk assessments and charts are updated regularly. We pride ourselves in providing person centred care for our residents, we keep in regular contact with family members of the residents.
