Ewa Drzewicka is General Manager at Hampton Grove.
My name is Ewa and I have the privilege of being the General Manager here at Hampton Grove. I look forward to welcoming you to our home.
Throughout my nursing career, I have brought my passion for delivering high quality care to those I support, whilst also upholding their privacy and dignity.
Hampton Grove is a brilliant place to work as we have such a supportive and inclusive environment. My whole team is involved with ensuring that each resident receives personalised care that helps them to enjoy life to the full.
At Hampton Grove in Peterborough, we provide a range of accommodation and services for older people in need of additional support, from respite care to 24-hour residential care.
We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community, where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person-centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games.
We also have wonderful, well-maintained grounds, surrounded by parks and greenery, and our garden, patio and gazebo are perfect for fresh air and outdoor activities.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. Activities Are So Important |
---|
Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones! |
