Meet The Manager

Raji Sunil is General Manager at Beaufort Grange.

I am a nurse by trade with extensive experience in both hospitals and care home settings. I believe in an open door policy and I am an advocate for the basic principles of care, respect, dignity, privacy and choice. I enjoy challenges and strive to improve the quality of the service we provide for those we support.

I look forward to working together with everyone at Beaufort Grange.

Beaufort Grange Care Home is located in the heart of Cheswick Village in Filton, North Bristol. We are close to the local community and there are plenty of amenities nearby.

Our stunning 74 bedded home delivers high quality care and support to those who have residential and nursing needs. We also have a specialist Memory Lane Community with dedicated staff who offer dementia support for those living with the condition. From the moment you step through our door, you will feel welcomed and comforted by the warm, vibrant personalities of our team – a feeling made all the more special by the luxurious surroundings.

We have an engaging activities programme with a wonderful team who ensure that those we support have the opportunity to participate in music therapy sessions, exercise classes, art classes, quizzes, wine and cheese afternoons, group outings in our minibus and much more.

We have beautiful landscaped gardens that are perfect for a summer's BBQ or a gentle stroll. We also have our very own balcony, which is a great spot for some fine dining during the warmer months.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.
