We have created a modern care home with exceptional facilities and the highest quality finish. Practical bedrooms with en-suite facilities and carefully considered furniture arrangements suit the specific care needs of our residents.

The comfortable environment with impressive decoration, belies the careful, thoughtful design. We have taken into account ease of movement and navigation, good visibility and accessibility, and introduced memory aids to promote maximum independence and confidence. Our dementia-friendly design features include strong lighting coupled with the use of colour and contrast for safety and perception, plus clear signage with icons to help wayfinding. In addition, low windowsills enable residents to admire wildlife including squirrels and birds in the gardens.

Residents can use en-suite facilities with added peace of mind with an emergency call point.
We provide step-free, non-slip showers, which are safe and convenient for our residents.
For sanitary reasons and convenience, residents are provided with their own personal basin.

At Belmont House Nursing Home, our specialist group of activities co-ordinators make sure there are a range of mental, physical and social activities for our residents to participate in and enjoy.

A packed schedule of games, activities and trips means there is a social event to suit every resident's taste. Residents are able to take pleasure in a range of entertainment options, including singers and dance troupes, from the various types of visiting entertainment.

Cats and dogs are welcome in our centre (by arrangement), providing friendship and a special kind of therapy to our residents.
