Meet The Manager

Emma Cole is Home Manager at Mulberry Court.

Emma started working for The Fremantle Trust when she was 18 years old and began her career working as a carer at Farnham Common House. She rose through the ranks to Team Leader and was eventually asked to move to Mulberry Court where she was offered the role of Deputy Manager. At the end of November 2021, Emma was offered the role of Home Manager.

Throughout her time at the Trust, Emma has completed multiple training programs, including a BTech in Dementia Awareness, an NVQ Level 3 in Care and an L3 Leadership and Management Diploma. She is also currently doing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.

Emma looks forward to many years promoting high standards of care and creating a happy, welcoming home for the residents of Mulberry Court.

Newly refurbished, all-inclusive, residential care home set in the heart of Chalfont St Peter Buckinghamshire.
Mulberry Court is a small, friendly home . It has 23 en-suite bedrooms, a dedicated visitor lounge, it is modern yet homely and personal.
Each resident has a personal support plan, tailored to their individual needs, which is is reviewed regularly. We believe this approach truly enhances lives and allows people to continue, to live their life to the full.

We provide a variety of communal areas on each floor, which include spacious lounges, kitchenettes and dining areas, providing residents withwarm and inviting spaces to spend their own time in. There is easy access to all floors via stairs and a lift together with an enclosed garden where residents are invited to participate in a spot of gardening, or to simply enjoy spending quality time outdoors.

Description

Each individual room is bright and beautifully decorated, designed with an older person in mind. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and is wheelchair accessible. A 24-hour carer call system is provided, along with phone and TV points. Whilst each room comes fully furnished, residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishings to make their own space feel like home.

Activities Are So Important

We provide a range of styling options at our modern, on-site hairdressing salon run by qualified hairdressers, so residents, can continue with their regular hair styling and cuts. Our enclosed garden is a safe and relaxing haven for residents, their friends and families. There are landscaped lawn and patio areas, each with beautiful  features, , ample outdoor seating, and raised beds area with homegrown vegetables and seasonal blooms.
