What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

- Regular sanitization of common areas and rooms

- Routine testing for infections like COVID-19, flu, and other contagious diseases.

- Personal protective equipment (PPE) used by staff to reduce the risk of spreading infections

- Isolation protocols for residents who may be showing symptoms or diagnosed with infections.

24/7 Supervision and Staffing:

- Trained staff available around the clock to assist residents with daily activities, medication management, and emergency needs

- Enhanced training for staff on identifying and responding to health concerns quickly.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Independent Assessments We have been independently assessed in our approach to infection control.
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
