Basel Qandil is Manager at Willowbank Nursing Home.
Willow Bank is a large 1950s purpose-built home situated in the popular Leeds suburb of Cross Gates, just off junction 46 of the M1. It provides residential, nursing, and respite care for 33 residents. The communal areas in the home were refurbished in May 2021, and all bedrooms have furniture provided. However, we welcome any furniture you want to bring to make your stay with us more comfortable.
Located over two floors and our ground floor accommodates en-suite bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a dining room and quiet lounge with access to the well-maintained gardens and patio. Our first floor holds the remaining bedrooms and hairdressing room and is accessible by lift or stairs.
Willow Bank offers an excellent dining experience for those living at the home and has a 5-star food hygiene rating. We believe that food is an important aspect of any home and we offer a choice of breakfast, lunch, evening meal, supper and snacks throughout the day.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
