Heather Knowles-Sinclair is Manager at Windsor Court.

Heather qualified as a RGN in 1976 and and has been in management for the past 20 years. She has a large family with 10 grandchildren and runs the local beaver club for the kids. She has work in the care sector as a reginal manager and and is now the manager of Windsor Court in Wallsend.

The home boasts three beautifully furnished lounges, equipped with large flat-screen TVs and a variety of seating options to suit each resident’s preference. Our three dining rooms provide varied, seasonal menus, catering to residents with specific dietary needs.

Windsor Court regularly hosts themed dining events, such as kebab and pint nights or Indian takeaway evenings, which are a favourite among residents. Residents are able to eat in their own rooms if preferred but are encouraged to use our themed dining room.
