Kara Kemp is General Manager at Fleet Hall Care Home.
I joined Fleet Hall in January 2009 as a Care Manager. In March 2012 I was given the opportunity to become the Assisted Living Co-ordinator and in November 2014 the General Manager. My passion in life has always been to help others.
I feel honoured to be part of such an amazing team who demonstrate love and kindness every day to our residents. I receive job satisfaction every day when I see the love and passion that our team provide for our seniors. Fleet Hall is surrounded by passion, fun and laughter. It’s a joy to come to work!
Luxurious Residential Care Home in Fleet
Fleet Hall is one of the most luxurious residential care homes in Fleet – but don’t take our word for it, see for yourself! Situated on the quiet, leafy Church Road, our care home can accommodate up to 75 residents, with shared bedrooms for couples who wish to remain together as they continue their care journey and make new memories side by side.
We pride ourselves on providing a variety of care services to the highest standards. Through our residential care service, we support elderly residents with day-to-day activities that can’t be managed at home. As well as permanent residents, we also accommodate individuals on a short-term basis with respite care – so they can receive support while their regular carer takes a break.
Over the years, we’ve also established ourselves as one of the best dementia care homes in Fleet. We take a person-centric approach to all the care we provide – to ensure the individual receives the exact level of support they need. Our passionate team uses our ReConnect strategy to help our residents living with dementia and their families in the best possible ways.
Comfort is important. That’s why we’ve created luxurious spaces which our residents can enjoy. Fleet Hall Care Home features a variety of first-class facilities, including a bistro (always a popular spot for residents to catch up over a slice of freshly baked cake!), a hair and beauty salon for some much-needed TLC and beautifully landscaped gardens to wander.

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.

Infection Control Training | Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections. | |
Virus Testing | We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting. |
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
