Jan Louise Guerin is General Manager at Virginia Water Care Home.

I am very proud and privileged to be the General Manager of Virginia Water. I have been qualified and practicing as a Registered Nurse since 1992 with great passion and compassion for people who need supportive care.

I believe that close working relationships with family in planning care for their loved ones is essential. I strive to support the home’s team and residents to ensure a high quality of life and wellbeing.

Our Virginia Water Care Home features 91 spacious and airy rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. With a choice of studio or deluxe 1-bedroom apartments, residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with trinkets and keepsakes, truly making these a home from home. All rooms include a kitchenette, with many ground-floor rooms offering a patio area to relax and soak up the sunshine. Deluxe apartments provide a more spacious option for couples, or for those who would like the freedom of having more space. 

Virginia Water Care Home is conveniently located in a vibrant town, with excellent transport links and is accessible from London and surrounding areas. Residents soon feel at home with support from dedicated staff members and stay connected with visits from friends and loved ones who are welcomed into our care community.
