Peter Bryan is Manager at Bluebird Care Rushcliffe & Melton.
Peter joined the family business in 2015 as the Registered Care Manager, and is responsible for overseeing business operations. Peter has a well-established professional background in healthcare, having started out as a healthcare assistant at Queen’s Hospital Burton whilst working towards his BSc (Honours) degree in Biomedical Science, and then specialising in Diabetic Retinopathy at Nottingham University Hospitals (NHS).
Since moving into the domiciliary care sector, Peter has attained a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and is qualified to deliver training in Safeguarding, Basic Life Support, and Dementia Care. In 2024 he achieved Chartered Fellow status with CMI (Chartered Managers Institute) via the Senior Leadership Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma / Apprenticeship. He is currently working towards his MBA (Masters Degree in Business). Peter is dedicated to ensuring our service is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.
