Ana-Maria Dragoe is the Home Manager at The Oaks Care Home.
With a nursing career that began in 2015, elder care has always been my passion. Prior to joining The Oaks, I gained valuable experience as the Deputy Manager at another care home, which prepared me well for my current role.
At The Oaks, I am thrilled to be part of the Aurem family, where I lead a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality service that caters to the unique needs of each individual. We pride ourselves on having a wonderful home environment and an outstanding team.
At The Oaks care home, in Lexden, Colchester, we are pleased to provide expert, warm, person-centred care for up to 61 older people who require residential or nursing support.
Internally refurbished to a high standard in summer 2017, The Oaks, has a beautifully decorated and homely feel. There’s always a full diary of fun social events and activities, thanks to our dedicated Activities Coodinator, meal times are carefully planned with delicious, freshly, on-site, cooked food, and our fully trained, friendly team of carers and nurses are on hand 24/7, whenever you need them.
