James Culley is Manager at Richmond Villages Wood Norton Care Home.
James has been with the team at Wood Norton since August 2023 and has been working within the health & social care sector for the last 23 years. Wood Norton Care Home is a beautiful care home that is integrated into the lovely Richmond Village Wood Norton Community.
The Village Care Home at Wood Norton provides nursing and residential-dementia care. We have designed this space to be bright and beautifully presented with professionally designed interiors.
Corridors and communal areas are wide and airy making this an easy space to navigate and walk through. It’s lovely place to reside and spend time as a family member or guest. The home will feature two wings: one to support residents living with dementia, and another for frail and elderly residents where we provide 24/7 nursing care.
We are more than just a care home in that the surrounding facilities of the villages are accessible to our care home residents, including the tranquil, heated pool that features a comfortable hoist. Our fitness professionals from our onsite fitness gym visit the care home regularly to ensure residents can participate in innovative exercise such as seated yoga and mobility building tai chi if they wish.
