Our philosophy is simple- our residents and their families are at the heart of our care homes

Our family values have been at the heart of Country Court Care since 1983, they underpin our vision, shape our culture and guide our conduct and relationships with our colleagues, residents, families and our suppliers.

We have no rivals when it comes to upholding family values and principles;

  • Focus on treating all residents as individuals, with compassion and dignity
  • Encouraging an active social life within the home and the local community
  • Promoting a "dining experience" with award winning food and drink, where residents are in charge
  • Bespoke, tasteful furnishings and fittings, meticulously designed with residents in mind
  • Small gestures make a big difference - whether it's an anniversary or a birthday, we will make the day special.

    One of Country Court Care's highly respected care homes in the Grimsby area, The Grove Care Home is nestled in the leafy village of Waltham, deep in rural Lincolnshire. Designed especially for people looking for both comfort and independence in their retirement, the home boasts fantastic facilities to promote this ethos.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Activities Are So Important

Our resident's well-being is at the heart of everything we do, we ensure that our residents have every opportunity to participate in daily meaningful opportunities. From helping with everyday activities such as laying tables for lunch or light dusting, our residents are encouraged to fully participate in life at our home.

We have a fortnightly gardening club led by a specialist in gardening for people with dementia, we also have regular exercise groups and art club. Activities at The Grove are well supported by volunteers from the village of Waltham who have been coming to the home on a weekly basis for many years to help with crafts, Christmas and Summer Fairs and other events. You can keep up to date with our activities on our Facebook page.
