Ioana Almasan is General Manager at Maids Moreton Hall.
I joined the home in early 2019, I am very proud to now be leading the team here.
I’m a trained nurse, so ensuring the highest standards of care is something I’m personally very passionate about. We treat every resident at Maids Moreton Hall as an individual, and we work hard to understand their unique background, abilities, experiences and needs.
I also believe in ensuring every person’s family is involved in their care, and I enjoy building strong relationships with family members so they feel involved and able to talk to me about anything.
We have a wonderfully warm and caring team who ensure every day is rewarding for the people we care for. I love midway through the afternoon when there’s usually an activity taking place, and everyone’s happy. When I see the smiles on residents’ faces, it makes me happy.
Maids Moreton Hall is a luxury care home offering a wide range of care services for older people including residential, dementia, nursing and respite care in the beautiful North Buckinghamshire village of Maids Moreton.
As well as high-quality care and beautiful accommodation, residents can also enjoy a range of premium facilities, including a hair salon, cinema and café. The home is set in beautiful, wooded gardens and located a short distance from Stowe House and Gardens.
The experienced team are ready to create an individual care plan that’s tailored to each resident. They encourage residents to stay active, make new friends and pursue favourite hobbies.
