Meet The Manager

Ioana Almasan is General Manager at Maids Moreton Hall.

I joined the home in early 2019, I am very proud to now be leading the team here.

I’m a trained nurse, so ensuring the highest standards of care is something I’m personally very passionate about. We treat every resident at Maids Moreton Hall as an individual, and we work hard to understand their unique background, abilities, experiences and needs.

I also believe in ensuring every person’s family is involved in their care, and I enjoy building strong relationships with family members so they feel involved and able to talk to me about anything.

We have a wonderfully warm and caring team who ensure every day is rewarding for the people we care for. I love midway through the afternoon when there’s usually an activity taking place, and everyone’s happy. When I see the smiles on residents’ faces, it makes me happy.

Ioana Almasan
