Meet The Manager

Danica Chugh is General Manager at Broadway Halls Care Home.

Thank you for taking the time to look further into what Broadway Halls has to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.  I have worked for the healthcare sector for over 15-years years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the home. I like to build strong working relations with the team and stakeholders involved.

Quality of care that all my residents receive is my passion and I aim to ensure that all the residents in my care receive the best and most person centred care possible.  If you are looking for care for yourself or a loved one, please do get in touch and I look forward to welcoming you to our home, you’re always welcome!

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Activities Are So Important

Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience, and the Activities Coordinators at Broadway Halls Care Home are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in.

Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests.

For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire.
