Prarthana Bhandari is Care Home Manager at Heath Lodge.
"I am a qualified nurse and have been working in nursing homes since 2010. I have been with Gold Care Homes for over ten years and have gained knowledge and skills in leadership and management along with a clinical background.
I have experience working with residents living with advanced dementia. I have completed L3 in dementia care.
I love coming to work and am here to help if you need us."

Our Heath Lodge activities Coordinators play a fundamental part in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating a fun and hugely varied programme for everyone to participate in. A great source of fun and laughter, our range of activities really helps each resident live life to the full. Part of Gold Care Homes, Heath Lodge believes that independent activity, hobbies, and daily chores boost self-confidence. By taking the time to understand each resident's capabilities, we can build a personalised activity plan. The aim is to create a programme that encourages as much interaction and enjoyment as possible. Most activities are indoors; however, when the weather permits, we make the most of our lovely outdoor patio areas and landscaped gardens.
