Tim Hopkinson is Manager at Cedars Care Home.
Tim joined Wood Care Group in 2018. He has huge experience in the care sector. He is always available to welcome families, friends, visitors and new residents, ready to offer a show round and answer those important questions that families may have when choosing a care home for their loved one.
Tim leads the staff team to create a truly great place for their residents to live and maintain their independence.
The Home has been designed with personalised care in mind and is therefore divided into two houses, Cedar House providing the highest level of residential care and Cedar Lodge which specialises in dementia care and has been designed with this in mind.
With tastefully decorated bedrooms and all with en-suite facilities. We encourage residents to personalise their rooms with pictures, trinkets and ornaments.
Residents at The Cedars can relax and socialise in the TV lounges provided. There are also separate dining rooms, where residents can enjoy each others company whilst dining. Delicious meals served with daily menu choices available. Special diets can be catered for.
Activities play a vital part in the day to day running of the home, and in addition to singers and entertainers being provided, the home also has various day to day activities provided by our own in-house activity coordinators.
