Brook Farm Services is a small family run business with many years of experience in mental health. It is situated in the beautiful Forest of Dean.
The service facilitates change and engenders hope predominantly to people with mental health difficulties and has been in place since 2012.
We can also offer support to people in their own homes.
We enable people with problems to develop and sustain their own capacity to live as independantly as possible in supported accomodation or in their own homes within the community. To that end, all clients have separate tenancy agreements. We want for them to live as fulfilled and realised lives as possible.
We work with individuals, families and the wider teams to create an individual and personalised care plan.
