What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Hand sanitiser and PPE stations are available throughout the home, One Spray Hand sanitiser upon arrival which provides users with 24 hrs protection. One Spray Surface sanitiser used in all the homes after every 25 days (put a protection layer for 30 days). Regular Infection Control Themed Supervision with all the team members, monthly infection control audit, spillage kits available in each floor for body fluids, D&V procedure, and guidance available in each floor for team. Halcyon colour coded policy in place for mops to avoid any spread of infection. In depth training for all the team members via eLearning portal and face to face by our IPC lead in each home

Kingfisher Court is a modern, purpose-built care home providing an enviable environment where residents receive quality care on an All-inclusive basis.

Built over three floors, our home includes a cinema, library, garden room, hair and beauty salon, numerous lounges and secure landscaped gardens.

Our purpose-built home is expertly designed around residential and dementia care. Expert touches include “line of sight” architecture, making it easier for you to get around, providing reassurance that staff can easily see you and are always at hand. As we build our homes from scratch, we are able to invest in the latest technology and materials to ensure they are optimally equipped for now and the future, transforming the way our care is managed and delivered

Activities Are So Important

A robust activity plan designed and planned with our residents’ input, incorporating their needs and choices. Our Lifestyle Manager and team will be the leaders and point of contact for any suggestions to support the engagement.


As part of the Lifestyle team activity programme, they will provide opportunities to leave the home for an external outing and these are all included in the weekly fee. This could be anything from a trip to a local stately home to a day at the seaside.
