My name is Jayram Sauba , I am passionate about elderly care and ensuring that our residents receive the very best care and service available. I work closely with my team to ensure that our residents feel supported and that our care is person-centred. It is important to me that each of our residents feel they are treated with respect and dignity.
I have worked at Dell Field Court since 2012, as a Team Leader and then was appointed as Home Manager in March 2022. At Dell Field Court we provide Dementia Friendly Care, have a beautiful communal garden, En-Suite rooms, strong resident community and CQC rated Good .

Dell Field Court is a warm and welcoming care home offering residential and dementia care within cosy surroundings. The kind and enthusiastic care team pride themselves on building relationships with everyone whilst getting to know individual personalities and preferences.
Throughout the home there are multiple relaxing communal areas where residents can meet and socialise throughout the day as they wish. Delicious fresh food is cooked on site each day, including fantastic Asian inspired cuisines.
The home offers a friendly and culturally diverse environment and has strong links to the local community. There is a lovely outdoor space for residents to enjoy at their leisure, including a garden, ideal for people living with dementia.
Activities are a big part of life at Dell Field Court with singing, arts and crafts, gardening and a ‘sewing circle’ on offer for residents to enjoy.
Recently refurbished, Dell Field Court offers the highest standard of living while keeping residents safe and secure. All our homes come fully-furnished with en-suite bathrooms and upgraded communication facilities that include movement sensors and a new nurse call system.
Situated on Etchingham Park Road, just off Ballards Lane in Finchley, a vibrant and diverse part of North London, Dell Field Court offers all the benefits of living close to a wide range of local shops and a range of services and facilities, such as ArtsDepot and Victoria Park, while providing calm and peaceful surroundings for the residents.

Dell Field Court care home has recently been refurbished to the highest standard to ensure residents’ comfort and safety and provide a happy and friendly living environment. The decoration has been chosen to provide a light and airy home that is also mindful of the needs of those residents who are living with dementia. We have hairdressing facilities on site, and a local hairdresser visits Dell Field Court once a fortnight so that residents can always look their best. |
