Hello, I am the Registered Manager for Meadowside Care Home and have been working here for two years. At Meadowside Care home we provide support to adults over 65 including the provision of high-quality dementia friendly care.
I love working at Meadowside care home and seeing the difference that we make to our residents’ lives. I am committed to ensuring a high level of service delivery ensuring that all residents have choice and control over their care, and I am impressed daily by the dedication of the staff team who go above and beyond to ensure residents lead happy and fulfilling lives. Residents are at the heart of what we do and we always ensure that we are working in a person centred way, ensuring positive outcomes for the individuals we support.

Located in the heart of North Finchley, Meadowside Care home offers first class residential care for older people. Our dedicated team provides person centred care to meet the needs of every resident; whether they have mobility issues, are living with dementia, or simply need a helping hand from time-to-time.
Our recently-refurbished 68 bed home offers the highest standard of living, while keeping residents safe and secure. All our homes come fully-furnished and have en-suite bathrooms and upgraded communication facilities, that includes movement sensors and a new nurse call system.
Situated near Woodside Park station in North Finchley, Meadowside Care Home offers all the benefits of living close to local shops and services, while providing calm and peaceful surroundings for the residents.

Our homes have been recently-refurbished to the highest standard so that residents are happy, comfortable, and most importantly, safe. They have been decorated in a light and airy way and have en-suite bathrooms with accessible toilet facilities. The innovative design of our homes includes dementia friendly colour schemes, circadian rhythm lighting and in-built falls sensors in all bedrooms. We also have separate dementia friendly living rooms complete with sensory equipment and on sensory garden, which are specifically designed for those residents who are living with dementia. We have a hairdressers facilities on site, and a local hairdresser visits Meadowside care home once a fortnight so that residents can always look their best. |
