What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Independent Assessments We have been independently assessed in our approach to infection control.
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Activities Are So Important

One of the stand-out features of Brookfield is our amazing activities team who offer a wide programme of daily activities that include large and small group activities, and for those who prefer one-to-one activities. We are lucky enough to have team members who are very artistic and full of great ideas on how to tempt residents into activities such as painting, sewing, creating props for upcoming parties, wet felting, and creating mosaics to name but a few. We also run a dementia-friendly art club and have created murals on the dementia unit that reflect our resident's experiences.
