Meet The Manager
Julie Hamill is Manager at Broomy Hill Nursing Home.
With over 25 years of experience as a qualified general nurse, my career began as a district nurse, followed by advanced practice roles. I have worked in GP surgeries and urgent care centres before transitioning into care home management.
My passion lies in providing quality care for older adults, especially those living with dementia. I find great fulfilment in stepping away from the desk and working directly alongside my dedicated team.
Since joining Ashberry in August 2023, I have felt immensely proud to be part of this exceptional team. I am excited about the future and look forward to leading Broomy Hill towards continued excellence in care.
Nestled in a quiet part of Hereford, Broomy Hill Nursing Home is a fully accessible, two-floor residence with a light-filled inner courtyard. Our dedicated team of registered nurses and carers provide comprehensive care, including palliative, nursing, daycare, dementia, residential, and pre-bookable respite care.
