Rachel White is Home Manager at Brunswick House Nursing Home.
Rachael joined health and social care in 2013, starting her varied career off as a live-in carer. She worked her way up in both domiciliary and residential care and has also dabbled in operations management and quality and compliance. Elderly care that promotes independence is her passion.
Rachael's aim is to make a positive difference to the lives of anyone who needs support, which includes both residents and colleagues. Rachael has completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care and aspires to be part of an “outstanding” service (and she's certain this will be Brunswick House!).
Rachael lives in Gloucester with her boyfriend and cat and enjoys going out for dinner and to the cinema, reading, as well as seeing friends and family.
