Meet The Manager

Thomas Bampfield is General Manager at Bishops Manor.

I love being able to make a difference to a resident’s day, and having compassion, empathy and good communication skills are key to that. When you’re busy, it’s easy to become focused on the task that you need to achieve, but it’s important to spend some time listening to residents and understanding what they’re experiencing. It can make all the difference to a person.

I’m looking forward to helping to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and their families.

Thomas Bampfield

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Since the early stages of the pandemic, our teams have been working to a pandemic plan which is updated regularly to reflect any changes to either UK or Scottish government guidance.
