Combining state-of-the-art design, extensive facilities and beautiful rooms with our priority to deliver the best possible resident-focused care, we are certain that Telford Hall will provide a happy home for all of our residents. 

Telford Hall offers care and support in warm and friendly surroundings with tastefully decorated rooms and plenty of communal areas. Our caring and thoughtful staff deliver the right care, including dementia care, so our residents feel their lives are full of love, security and happiness.

The home’s catering team have created a daily menu of tasty and nutritious food using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Whether you want to spend the day with friends or family, take part in one of our varied activities or join in one of our excursions, you’re free to spend your time how you wish. It’s your home.

Your room at Telford Hall is your personal space. Each one of our residents is free to decorate their ensuite rooms however they wish and we actively encourage everyone who stays with us to bring personal effects such as furniture, paintings and photographs with them in order to make it feel like home.

Our bright and comfortable bedrooms come fully equipped with a Smart TV, mini fridge, telephone and Wi-Fi as standard. So, when you aren’t taking part in an activity, or if you’re simply unwinding in one of our beautiful communal areas, you can enjoy some time to yourself or catch up with friends or family.
