I have 16 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care Sector in various roles, starting as a Support Worker and becoming a Registered Manager in 2019. I am keen to learn new things and am very committed to improving lives of vulnerable adults and individuals with mental and physical health needs. As a Registered Manager I achieved 98% in Franchise Support Centre Compliance Audit in February 2020, streamlined reporting processes and improved internal supervision structures amongst other achievements.
